		<description>Hi Mary,

Thanks for the interesting article. I am a big fan of many of the foods you&#039;ve listed for a healthy heart. Overly processed foods are simply not in my diet. I prefer foods rich in texture. My oatmeal is the whole oats not quick oats, I can&#039;t imagine eating apples without the skin (I would stand near Mom as she peeled apples for apple pie). Almonds are among my favorite snack nuts, and I often use them (non-blanched of course) in my stir fry&#039;s. I often enjoy whole grain breads with flax and other whole grains, and my 5 bean chili is a feast. Garlic is a mainstay addition to many of my meals.
Soy protein is not something I use a lot, but one way is the health snack soy nuts.
Now if I could just find a way to develop the habit of increased physical activity. ;-)

<description>Sandy here from Australia.I am married with 5 kids, living on a farm. My family and I like to eat healthy, and we also take a wonderful health food drink. It has flax seed, resveratrol, antioxidants, and many health benefits. It has controlled my high blood pressure, my arthritis has dissapppeared, and I have more energy to get through my busy days.
So many good health products out there these days, but I believe ours is one of the very best, and a great home based business.
  Wishing everyone health and happiness.

<description>I love chocolate so you can imagine my delight when
the health authorities discovered that it was healthy
for you!
http://www.allchocolate.com/health/basics/

Then imagine my euphoria when I discovered a business
online that deals in healthy chocolate! This is real
chocolate without the processed sugar and paraffin fillers and preservatives that so-called chocolate
candy bars have in them.

You have heard that blueberries and acai are also
good for your health and the Xocai chocolate has both
blueberries and acai in their power squares.

Thanks Mary for your information and compassion for
others. Thank you also for allowing me to provide
information on a food source which otherwise was
considered an unhealthy indulgence.
